All Bob Marshall saddles are governed by the return policy from Sports Saddle®, Inc.  Lori's Tack does not set the return policy, nor does Lori's Tack return policy apply to the Bob Marshall Sports Saddles®.  These return policies apply to ALL Sports Saddle® Dealers.

CATALOG (Standard) ORDERS:

Saddles that are ordered with STANDARD features, and NO custom changes can be returned within 10 days in good, resalable condition.  A $125.00 re-stocking fee applies.  Cancellation on saddles already in the works are subject to the $125.00 re-stocking fee.

Shipping is at the customer's expense.

INSTOCK SADDLES:

Saddles that are already made, and are held in inventory, ready to ship are considered "In Stock" saddles.

"In Stock" saddles consist of:

1.  Customer returns

2. Saddles with slight blemishes and/or small defects in material or workmanship.

3. Used trade in's

4. Previously used Demo saddles.

Used saddles are disclosed as such.

In Stock saddles are pre-paid.  They can be used for 10 days.  If you decide to return the saddle for any reason, it may be returned at the conclusion of the 10 day trial period in good, re-saleable condition.  Shipping is at the customer's expense.  Sport Saddle, Inc will be happy to issue a UPS "call tag" to pick the saddle up directly from you.  (This expense will be charged to your credit card).  OR, you may ship the saddle back yourself (be sure to fully insure the contents).

If you decide you wish to order a different saddle, the full purchase price will be applied to the cost of that saddle (minus shipping), or if you do not desire to order a saddle, the purchase price will be credited back to your card.

Sports Saddle®, Inc, hopes that the In Stock saddles will help you determine your exact needs before you order a saddle (especially custom orders).

These In Stock saddles are an excellent way to try out a Sports Saddle® and perhaps find a saddle that will fit your needs quickly and most times, at a very good discount.
