CUSTOM SADDLE RETURN POLICY
All Bob Marshall saddles are governed by the return policy from Sport Saddle, Inc. Lori's Tack does not set the return policy, nor does Lori's Tack return policy apply to the Bob Marshall Sport Saddles. These return policies apply to ALL Sport Saddle Dealers.
Custom ordered saddles cannot be returned for a refund. If there is a problem with workmanship or material, the company (Sport Saddle, Inc.) will repair or replace the said parts or materials at the companies expense.
Custom orders START at $100.00 over the price of the catalog (standard) saddles, PLUS the pricing of each individual custom item you order. (As an example, if you ordered an endurance saddle with a cheyenne roll and contrast trim, the additional pricing would be $175.00 (100.00 custom; $50.00 cheyenne roll and $25.00 contrast trim).
All custom orders are given special handling and are made in a separate department and are hand built by our most experienced senior saddle maker. Special care is taken to make sure the saddle is made to your exact specifications.
If you decide you do not want your custom saddle, the company (Sport Saddle, Inc) will try to do one of the following:
A. You can send the saddle back to Sport Saddle, Inc at your expense and pay for Sport Saddle to do necessary alterations to bring the saddle back to regular, standard saddle specs if possible or
B. Send the saddle back to Sport Saddle and we will put it on your instock list and try to sell the saddle for you. You may have to discount the price to get it sold. Custom saddles can be difficult to re-sell depending on the extent of the customizing that has been done.
If you receive your custom saddle and decide you want something changed or further customized, Sport Saddle will try to work with you, but any additional work will be at your expense.
