CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Sports Saddle®, Inc., considers Custom Orders final sales, and they cannot be returned to Sports Saddle® Inc for immediate credit. Be sure you know what you want, if you are making custom changes on saddles you are ordering!

Any custom saddles returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, will be placed for sale by Sports Saddle® Inc, as an "in stock" saddle, and made available to the network of Sport Saddle, Inc., dealers for sale. Once the saddle is sold, a refund will be made.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the problem will be resolved and fixed by Sport Saddle, Inc and the saddle returned to you at no cost.

Lastly, for custom saddles returned for re-sale, the cost for any changes to the saddle that must be made by Sports Saddle®, Inc., to return the saddle to a more standard model in order to sell it , will be deducted from the refund.

One year warranty on workmanship. 5 year warranty on tree parts.

Recommendations:

As with all treeless saddles, we suggest the use of an insert pad, such as the SKITO EQUALIZER PAD.
For your horse's comfort, always use a mounting block or aid
For your feet, we recommend the comfort of E Z RIDE STIRRUPS
For barefoot horses, we highly recommend the BOA HOOF BOOTS or OLD MACS BOOTS
