ORDERING YOUR BOB MARSHALL SADDLE

The Original Bob Marshall Sports saddle® is very popular. Each saddle is hand made. Like a fine meal in a restaurant, production takes time. These saddles are made to order, and take approx 8-10 weeks. (Allow up to 10 weeks for shipment). During slower parts of the year, delivery of your saddle may take less time.

ALL custom orders carry a $100.00 base fee.  Pricing of custom options added (or removed) from the standard saddle configuration vary.  If you do not see the pricing for what you want, please call.  (As an example, if you order a Basic Endurance with a Cheyenne Roll, the price would be $1075.00...$925.00 base price + 100.00 Custom Fee + 50.00 Cheyenne Roll).  A few custom changes do not carry a fee over and above the $100.00 charge.  Examples are Changing the pommel and/or cantle height.  (As an example, if you order a Basic Endurance with a trail pommel and 4" cantle, the price would be $1025.00...$925.00 base price plus $100.00 custom fee).  Any questions, or doubts, just call or e-mail!

When you order your saddle, a 50% deposit is required.  When we receive your saddle order via our shopping cart, or via phone, we will place your order with the factory.  Half of the full price will be charged at that time. When your saddle is nearly ready to ship (1-2 weeks from completion), the 50% balance remaining will be charged to your credit card.  Please note, charges will appear as "Sports Saddle Inc" on your credit card statement.

If you prefer to pay via check or money order, please let us know by calling 615-673-6609. We will be able to fill out your order sheet for you. Your saddle order will be placed with the factory upon receipt of your payment.

WARRANTY:

One year warranty on workmanship. 5 year warranty on tree parts.
