2. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, or credit card via mail, just select "mail order" from the drop down list in the shopping cart.  Mail your completed order form with your credit card information, money order or check enclosed (Checks may delay shipment up to ten business days) to the address below.   There is a $20.00 fee for checks returned as unpaid by the bank.
