SALES, CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are pre-paid, and are in US dollars.
STANDARD ORDERS:
We normally ship within one to two weeks of receipt of your order with payment via money order or credit card (personal checks may take up to 10 business days to clear after which order is sent). Normally, we DO NOT charge your credit card until your item is ready to ship. (There are some exceptions, such as deposits for treeless saddles, and Special or Custom orders)
SPECIAL AND/OR CUSTOM ORDERS:
Special and Custom Orders require pre-payment at the time of order. These items are made at your request, to your specifications at the factory. As such, they are pre-paid. Read our RETURN POLICY on Custom and Special Orders. Cashel SoftSaddles are charged in full about 10-12 days prior to shipment. Delivery for Custom/Special Order work is 3-4 weeks. (On rare occasions it can take 4-6 weeks). Please make sure your selections are correct, as special and custom orders are not returnable.
SHIPPING TIME on STANDARD ORDERS:
Our orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday. In order to keep our overhead down, and pass the savings on to you, we do not stock all the items we offer. However, most items are immediately available to us, and can ship to you within two weeks. Saddles may take longer, depending on availability.
IF YOUR NON-CUSTOM ORDER CANNOT BE SHIPPED WITHIN TWO WEEKS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU PROMPTLY

SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates are determined by your zip code and the total weight of your order. Shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart. Saddles have a fixed charge of $30.00 (Barefoot saddles are 25.00, Cashel SoftSaddles are 18.00). No extra shipping charges are added for saddles, however, if you are purchasing other goods in addition to a saddle, there will be extra shipping based upon the balance of your order. NOTE: If the dollar amount for shipping shows as "unknown", chances are there is no UPS ground delivery in your area, and you must select from another UPS delivery, such as 2nd or 3rd day air.

NOTE: Barefoot Saddles are shipped from WA state, and the transit times will vary from the chart above.

We never, at any
time, share, sell or give your personal information to anyone. No
one at Creative Cart has access to your personal information. No
one but Lori's Tack can access ordering information through
Creative Cart. You can be assured that all of your information is
protected via use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt the
connection from your browser to our server. We do not use your
