RETURN POLICY
Skito saddle pads are a CUSTOM item, and therefore not returnable. Be sure to make your selections carefully, as we cannot accept returns for errors in ordering. If there is an issue with your pad, we will gladly work with the manufacturer on your behalf within 7 days of your receiving your item. After that, the manufacturer's warranties apply, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Bob Marshall Sport Saddles carry a separate, independent return policy, as shown on the Bob Marshall Sport Saddle Pages.
EZ ride stirrups are not returnable, although we will exchange them for another model or bar size if you ordered the incorrect one.
