RETURN POLICY
Items marked as "special order", "custom order", "closeout" or "clearance" are FINAL SALES and are not returnable.
Bob Marshall Sport Saddles carry a separate, independent return policy, as shown on the Bob Marshall Sport Saddle Pages.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item not marked as "special order", "custom order", "closeout" or "clearance" please e-mail us at returns@loristack.com for return authorization within two days of receipt of the item. You may return it UNUSED AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days of it's receipt for a full refund, exchange* or credit, minus shipping charges. Items returned after the 7 day period are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and may be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Custom and special order items may be returned ONLY under special circumstances, such as an error on our part, or a defect in the merchandise.
Saddles: Please ensure you protect your saddle from wear by wrapping the stirrup leathers. Saddles can be returned ONLY in the same condition as sent. A 20% restocking, cleaning and conditioning fee applies to saddles returned with any signs of use, wear, dirt, hair, etc.
Items returned without authorization are subject to refusal of delivery at our discretion. Returns sent without prior authorization, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
BOA boots and Old Macs boots carry a 5% re-stocking fee, and can be returned only in new, unworn condition. Boots showing evidence of wear, or have any dirt cannot be returned, or a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.
*We will pay to ship the exchanged item to you in the event of a shipment error on our part. We cannot pay to ship the exchanged item to you in the event of customer error.
